Reed Senter, Ph.D. CCC-SLP, BCS-CL

Assistant Professor of Speech-Language Pathology at DeSales University.

Licensed speech-language pathologist by trade, with experience in pediatric and school-based settings. Board-certified specialist in child language and language disorders.

Research and teaching interests include neurodiversity and neurodevelopmental differences and disorders (specifically autism, ADHD, and developmental language disorder), cognition, school-based speech-language pathology services, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The guiding principle of my work is to partner with the people I'm trying to serve, meet their needs through collaborative efforts, and amplify their voices through systematic advocacy.

Active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Pennsylvania Speech-Language-Hearing Association (PSHA), previously served as Vice President for Governmental and Professional Affairs for the Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Virginia.

Reed lives in Northampton, Pennsylvania with his wife, son, and two dogs. If he had free time, he would enjoy board games (especially chess), hockey (go Buffalo Sabres!), and soccer.
